The first sample pack by Wild CLT! Thunderous drums, washed fx, lofi violin, heavy metal vocal one-shots, and roomy a capellas - all tracked spontaneously in a large empty house.
All sounds recorded and edited by Jess the Rookie (@jesstherookie) in Concord, NC. Artists include Tyler Syphertt (@tsyphertt) of the band Wiltwither (@wiltwither) on drums, LP7 on the electric violin (@lp7music), metal vocals by Josh Jones (@jokujones_weastviridian) of the band East Viridian (@eastviridianofficial), and Jess the Rookie with the clean vocals.
In sum, we invite people who don’t know each other to random locations to make art together.
Wild CLT showcases our city’s talent through a handful of downloadable products, web-series and live-streamed performances - the majority of which are filmed outside and rooted in collaboration. Our mission is to help our music and arts scene network and grow, and to inspire people around the globe to fall in love with Charlotte’s artists. ❤️
Live music is… Wild. Truly. It’s raw. It’s unpredictable. Bands and artists spend countless hours practicing for show days, and a million things can go right or wrong by the end of the night. There are no do-overs. There’s no time to overthink. There is only the moment, and everyone you get to share it with.
